Conlan joined Seven Hills in 2010 after graduating with a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Dartmouth College. Prior to Seven Hills, Conlan worked in South America for a microfinance organization and in Alaska where he helped manage a salmon cannery. During his time at Dartmouth, Conlan captained the rugby team and was a research assistant in the Economics Department.
