From 2000 until he joined Seven Hills in 2001, Edward served as controller of Brown, McMillan & Co. Previously, Mr. Woodham served as controller for CoForge LLC and Equify Capital Partners, LLC, venture consulting and investment companies he helped co-found. Before that, he worked as a tax accountant for Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Woodham received his BBA in Accounting from Oglethorpe University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
